Frank Boyd established Killultagh Estates in 1995, at a time when the property markets, locally and nationally, were barren and inactive.

Frank’s vision was, and still is, to stimulate growth by providing progressive commercial developments that offer quality craftsmanship; meet the needs of users; and, deliver in terms of cost-effectiveness and long-term sustainability. His foresight along with a trusted, experienced team, has paid dividends for the business.

Over the years, we have grown to become a key player in the UK’s property sector.
