Frank has held the position of Managing Director for over 30 years. He continues to be the driving force behind the Asset Management of the company’s portfolio, using his experience and vision to identify opportunities and building the right team of specialists around him to help deliver them into reality. And despite holding an Honorary Doctorate, he prefers to be referred to as ‘Frank’.

Richard Steenson
Head of Property Department
Richard joined Killultagh in June 2005. As Head of the Property Department, he provides in-house expertise on Management of the Property Portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring that both long and short term financial returns are maximised.
He also supervises a wide range of quantity surveying/cost consultancy services, together with day-to-day Asset Management and Facilities Management.

Michael Lamont
Head of Finance Department
Michael has responsibility for all Financial and Company Secretarial matters. He is assisted by other accounting staff on his team.

Matthew McNutt
Asset Manager
Matthew began his career in property consultancy and advisory in 2009 and has been a member of the RICS since 2014. He worked as a senior agency and asset management surveyor for O'Connor Kennedy Turtle for 10 years where he was responsible for leasing, sales and acquisitions across all asset classes, valuation and landlord and tenant work.
Matthew joined the Killultagh Estates team as an Asset Manager in 2021 working on the transactional side of the office and retail portfolio and is responsible for overseeing leasing agents and third-party property managers.

Brendan Boyd
Estates Manager
An innate entrepreneur, Brendan merges his very considerable experience within the property sector with a natural understanding and flair for the renewable energy sector – an enviable combination given the increasingly energy-conscious nature of the property environment.
His present role as Estates Manager in the family business sees him focus on asset management and project development, essentially bringing under-utilised property assets through from the planning process to the build out phase.
